The Chiero/Roehrenbeck Group agents are all members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR). Kathy is a member of the $25 Million Dollar Club and has annual sales of $10 Million or more. She is the 2006 CBR Instructor of the Year, and the RE/Max Platinum Club. Jim is a member of the Re/Max 100% Club, Platinum Club, and Re/Max Hall of Fame with annual sales topping $10 Million Dollars. Kimberly is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) specializing in shortsales and foreclosure prevention. Matt Roehrenbeck is a graduate of the Ohio State Fisher College of Business and a member of the CBR $1 Million Dollar Club. Sheri is a experienced agent specializing in Buyer representation and sales of traditional homes. She is active participant in the RE/Max Miracle Network. Mike Browning is a lifelong resident of Central Ohio and a graduate of Capital University and has a Masters Degree from The Ohio State University. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2006.

Directions to Re/Max Town Center

4100 Regent Street, Suite B Columbus Ohio - in the Easton Town Center shopping complex.  Take I-270 to Morse Road.  Go west on Morse Road to Morse Crossing.  Go South (left) on Morse Crossing. Come up to Germaine Lexus and take a left.  The name of this road is "New Bond Street" but there may not be a street sign there.  Straight ahead you'll see the Diamond Cellar and to the right a building with a brown awning over the door with "4100" on the awning.  There is a Re/Max Town Center sign above it.  Park in front of the building. Free Valet Parking is available during busy times. Go to the second floor, Suite B.
